As for transportation options, It only has one bus stop which is a definite plus but shares the bus with Port Orleans Riverside. The French Quarter is the first stop however. It has great pools that are kid friendly and you are able to swim at Port Orleans Riverside’s pools as well. If shopping at Disney Springs is on your agenda, you will enjoy the boat ride over to the shopping area. The resort is also centrally located to Disney Springs and Epcot and not far from Hollywood Studios or the water parks. It is a good choice if you want to be closer to more parks.

Cons; They do not have a full service restaurant like the other moderate resorts but they are within walking distance to Port Orleans Riverside and are able to share their amenities. This side of the Port Orleans resort is only able to accommodate families of 4, plus an infant. If you are a family of 5, Port Orleans Riverside is a better option for you. Don’t expect discounts at this resort. Because it is so small Port Orleans French Quarter is not eligible for any Disney promotions.
